Proposal for an ultra-lightweight cut model.

A metal cut model can be produced using resin and light shaping, achieving a weight of one-seventh! Furthermore, ultra-short delivery times can be realized simultaneously!

By manufacturing cut models using polycarbonate or light-curing resin, we can significantly reduce weight. Additionally, the design can be enhanced with aluminum vapor deposition plating and various types of painting, allowing us to highlight the parts we want to prominently showcase as exhibition items, resulting in effective display cut models with a clear distinction. Furthermore, since the weight can be reduced to one-seventh that of iron, significant cost savings in transportation are possible for exhibitions that traditionally required lifts for movement and dedicated charter services. This is especially beneficial for overseas exhibitions, where transportation costs and effort can be further minimized. The reduction in weight also expands the freedom of display options. Moreover, while maintenance for iron models can be challenging due to rust prevention, resin models eliminate the need for rust maintenance, contributing to labor savings. Shape modifications can be made in-house based on production requests, allowing for further weight reduction by simplifying unnecessary shapes. It is also possible to embed lighting functions for eye-catching effects or incorporate moving mechanisms within the components.
