◆Corporate Philosophy We value being a company where all customers, business partners, and employees can engage happily. ◆History 1985: Seam-Tech was founded. In the same year: Developed cable wraps and obtained patents in the United States, Japan, and various European countries. 1991: Renamed the company to RIP-TIE and relocated to the South of Market area in San Francisco. 1992: Opened the Velcro Hook & Loop Store on the first floor of the same building. 1998: Introduced printing machines and started a custom logo "name printing" service for small lot orders. 2001: Purchased a company building in San Leandro and relocated the headquarters. 2007: Established the Japan division of RIP-TIE, Inc. 2008: Purchased an office adjacent to the headquarters due to business expansion. 2010: Obtained patents for Rip Tie Mini in the United States, Japan, and various European countries. 2013: Obtained patents for Rip Lock in the United States, Japan, and various European countries. 2018: Purchased warehouse property due to business expansion and launched an online shop targeting individual customers.
