"Preven Z" is a shrink-resistant treatment developed by Soto in collaboration with IWS. By applying a special treatment to wool fibers, it prevents felt shrinkage caused by fiber entanglement during washing, as well as pilling that occurs under the arms while wearing, and reverse effects. Wool products treated with this process can be washed not only by hand but also in a washing machine.
