This product is compatible with the cleaning equipment used in the 8th and 8.5th generation TFT-LCD manufacturing processes. The materials used are UPVC, which provides excellent pressure resistance and allows for long-term use. Additionally, the inlet and outlet connections adopt JIS 50A general unions, making it suitable for high flow rates.
