Awoo AI is an AI suggestion platform that generates browsing and purchasing through product understanding. Awoo AI consists of two architectures: awoo PDP and awoo AMP. In awoo PDP (awoo Product Discovery Platform), the AI automatically generates hashtags that represent product features based on the information from data feeds. Through awoo AMP (awoo AI Marketing Platform), these hashtags are displayed and continuously optimized on the site, and can be applied to various marketing channels, including image recommendations and search suggestions within the site. This series of mechanisms enhances CX metrics such as browsing behavior and CVR improvement.
