Auto Sheet Laminator 'YTACL-8302F'

From general substrates to high-density interconnection boards, DFR is cut to the substrate size and fully automated laminated.

The "YTACL-8302F" is an automatic sheet laminator that laminates photosensitive dry film resist in a frame shape according to the length of the substrate on both sides of the CCL and copper-clad laminate being fed in. It ensures adhesion through a dual-pressure laminating roll that inherits the genes of ACL. The DFR unwinding features a forced unwinding mechanism with a drive roll linked to the main motor, along with a tension roll that absorbs excess tension.
