The FlowCon Green insert is designed as a 3-in-1 solution that combines a full-stroke proportional control valve, an automatic balancing valve, and a differential pressure control valve. This insert features an innovative self-adjusting function that allows each valve to continuously self-balance. As a result, the required flow rate is accurately supplied to each terminal unit, regardless of pressure fluctuations within the system. Furthermore, each Green insert can be adjusted to set precise maximum flow limits for each circuit without stroke restrictions.

FlowCon Green is a pressure-independent control valve (PICV) that instantly self-balances at all operating points, even when there are variations in differential pressure. As long as the differential pressure before and after the valve is within the operating range, the Kv value of the valve is continuously adjusted without stopping to maintain full authority of the proportional control valve. In other words, the FlowCon Green insert always utilizes the full stroke of the spindle and provides 100% authority for any of the 41 maximum flow settings.

The automatic flow control valve was introduced through a product brochure from Ashley in the United States, and since 1977, we have been importing and selling EATON's Dole® automatic flow regulators, serving a wide range of customers. In 1990, we encountered the large automatic flow control valves from GRISWOLD CONTROLS (with the sales division being FlowCon® International) at Ashley and began importing and selling them. In 1993, we added the FlowCon® K series to our product lineup, which allows for flow rate changes simply by replacing the cartridge while still installed in the system. We offer models that can accurately accommodate any specifications, with flow rates ranging from 0.18 L/min to a maximum of 64,356 L/min.
