◆Features of the LBK Series - Radar system compliant with SIL2/Pld standards Meets the control performance requirements level PLd for safety-related parts of robots and robotic systems, and safety integrity level SIL 2, enabling the operation of the radar system for operator protection in industrial safety applications. - The LBK sensor is a smart FMCW (Frequency Modulated Continuous Wave) radar device based on a unique detection algorithm. It transmits 24 GHz radio waves to extract motion information and analyzes reflected signals from both stationary and moving objects within its operational range. Up to six LBK sensors can be connected. If even one sensor detects an intrusion, the safety output of the controller is disabled.
