This is an electrostatic prevention model that incorporates a new type of special conductive filler into butyl-based adhesive rubber.
Butyl-based conductive synthetic rubber hand cleaner By incorporating a new type of special conductive filler into a butyl-based adhesive rubber with minimal transfer of rubber components, we reduce the frictional charging that occurs between the roller and the material, and also prevent the charging of the rubber roller itself. By using a specially formulated rubber with an electrical resistance value of 10^5 to 10^9 (surface resistivity), we have minimized peeling charge. Additionally, by changing the handle part to a conductive material, we significantly reduced the charging of the hand cleaner itself. The use of low-dust bearings in the bearing section allows for sufficient pressure to be applied to the workpiece, and the synergistic effect of strong adhesion and the flexibility of the rubber enhances dust removal efficiency.

The Audio-Technica Hand Cleaner Series employs a unique adhesive roller in all models, designed to efficiently remove dust, material strength, and other contaminants adhered to resin plates, glass, various films and sheets, metal plates, etc., thanks to its adhesive power. It can remove almost all fine debris.

By incorporating a new type of special conductive filler into a butyl-based adhesive rubber with low rubber component transfer, we reduce the frictional charging that occurs between the roller and the material, and also prevent the charging of the rubber roller itself. Significantly reduces the charging of the hand cleaner itself. We changed the handle part of all models to conductive materials, significantly reducing the charging of the hand cleaner itself (excluding HC-705). Dramatic improvement in operability. Achieved significant weight reduction (up to about 25% lighter compared to our 600 series) and optimized the grip material and shape. We pursued ease of use, minimizing scratches caused by contact between the grip and the material. Additionally, we simplified the roller holding part, making roller replacement easier.

In 1985, Audio-Technica focused on its unique technology to develop a special rubber. The dust removal device that utilizes this rubber, which has excellent adhesive properties, is called Techniclean. It can remove dust and static electricity without damaging the surface, even with very thin materials, making it effective in various fields such as electronic circuit board manufacturing, printing of instruments, cards, and films, and material cutting.
