Company S, engaged in the processing industry, has a factory so white that work cannot be done without masks and glasses. There were 22 small dust collectors installed on the second floor, but their effectiveness was lacking. The waste collection process was also inconvenient and labor-intensive, and the dust collectors were insufficient in capacity. Additionally, complaints from nearby residents regarding noise and dust had been received, and when constructing a new factory, they expressed a desire to achieve a perfect factory hygiene environment. Therefore, we calculated the necessary dust collection capacity for all processing machines and selected and manufactured dust collectors that met the overall requirements of the factory. We designed the dust collector discharge section to allow for easy and clean waste disposal. With the enhanced dust collection power, the issue of dust scattering has been resolved. Waste disposal has significantly improved, leading to increased work efficiency.
