The heavy industry manufacturer M faced the issue of large amounts of dust being released when loading wood chips, which serve as fuel for thermal power generation, from truck dumpers into the equipment. Therefore, we analyzed the mechanism of dust dispersion. As a result, the dust dispersion was significantly improved compared to before, and the collected dust automatically returns from the dust collector to the equipment, eliminating the need for waste collection work and reducing maintenance burden to zero.
