[Construction Example] Measures Against Engine Exhaust Emissions

Manufactured high heat-resistant exhaust fans and stainless steel exhaust ducts! Introducing examples of local exhaust installation.

At Company H, a machinery manufacturer, a large amount of exhaust gas was generated during the trial operation of the compressor engine, filling the factory with gas and soot. Additionally, due to the high exhaust temperature of 250°C, the manufacturer's flexible hood was insufficient in heat resistance and could not be used. In response, our company manufactured a high-heat-resistant exhaust fan and stainless steel exhaust duct. We designed it to be vertically sliding so that hoods could be installed on the exhaust outlets of various sizes of machinery. As a result, not only the surrounding area but also the interior of the factory was improved to a comfortable environment.
