■ The goal is to detect defects in the coating and lining films related to rust and corrosion without damaging the films. ■ Avoid high frequencies that are prone to thermal destruction and conduct measurements at low frequencies. ■ Achieve miniaturization for portability by reducing power consumption and enabling battery operation. ■ Considering the degradation of the coating, a high-voltage pulse method is adopted to relatively reduce the application time of high voltage. ■ To avoid impacts on the human body and damage to the coating, the discharge current is suppressed. ■ The structure allows for confirmation of the voltage applied to the coating and voltage adjustment.
