■Film Thickness Measurement Range The measurement range for thick films up to 15mm can be digitally displayed with a resolution switch of 0.1mm/0.01mm, enabling high-precision measurements. ■Limit Alarm Function The film thickness of the measurement target can be set with upper and lower limits. An alarm sound will warn if the measurement is below or above the target value. ■Key Lock Function Pressing the lock button during measurement locks all keys except the OFF key, preventing erroneous operations and safely maintaining the main functions. ■CVD Magnetic Pole The magnetic pole of the single-point constant pressure probe uses a super wear-resistant CVD-treated magnetic pole, maintaining initial characteristics and high reproducibility even under hard specifications for extended periods. ■Easy-to-Read Digital Display A large LCD display with an enlarged lens has been added for better visibility. The digital display allows for quick and accurate readings. ■Compact Size With a slim, lightweight body, it is easy to operate. This compact size is user-friendly, condensing excellent functionality.
