This is a system designed to detect workers approaching from behind heavy machinery, which is difficult for operators to see, in order to reduce the risk of collision accidents.
When a worker approaches from behind heavy machinery that is difficult for the operator to see, ultrasonic waves are used to quickly detect danger. Both parties are alerted with sound and light to avoid hazards. This system aims to reduce the risk of collision accidents. *Please use in conjunction with "Tora Ponta (for vehicles)" (available for separate rental).* ■ Vehicle Warning Device (for vehicles) It receives ultrasonic signals from the responder (vest type) worn by the worker, converts them into electrical signals, and sends them to the warning device. It detects the responder and measures distance, issuing a warning if a worker enters a danger area. ■ Responder (vest type) (for workers) *Available for separate rental. A sensor for sending response signals to ultrasonic signals from the area sensor installed on the heavy machinery is mounted in the inner pocket of the front of the vest. *The detection target is identified as a worker wearing a "responder" (equipment that responds to ultrasonic signals emitted from the construction machinery) near the construction machinery. Structures around the machinery and individuals not wearing a responder are not detected.
