This system is suitable for detecting fast-moving objects (such as traveling vehicles) and is primarily composed of infrared irradiation sensors and infrared reflectors. When a vehicle crosses between the sensor and the reflector, the infrared light emitted by the sensor is interrupted, which can trigger a warning light. Since a single sensor cannot detect the direction of vehicle movement, two sets of sensors are packaged together.
