3D data can be placed in a virtual conference space, allowing for the same realistic verification using VR or a mouse! Available for use in a browser.
The "iQ3 Dashboard" is a web-based 3D virtual meeting tool that utilizes the cloud for remote locations. Both administrators and participants do not need a dedicated environment and can join the virtual meeting space through a web browser. 3D data, including CAD models and point cloud data, can be simultaneously arranged in three dimensions within the virtual meeting space. Participants can log in without limits and freely navigate the virtual space, measuring dimensions, writing comments, filling out whiteboards, displaying videos and drawings, and engaging in two-way conversations and validations as needed. Administrators can notify the relevant personnel about the meeting via a scheduler or email, assemble the 3D data to be displayed internally, and register data with assembly information, including parts, all at once. There is no limit to the number of simultaneous participants who can register and join the virtual meeting. In the virtual meeting space, users with VR goggles can perform realistic operations in an actual three-dimensional space, while users without VR environments can operate similarly to a virtual reality space using a mouse. Participants with and without VR can directly discuss and validate within the same virtual space, making it easy to use regardless of the environment.

basic information
**Main Benefits of Implementation** - No special equipment or environment is required for either administrators or participants; it can be accessed simply by logging in through a web browser. - Participants are displayed as avatars, allowing everyone to see who is where and which direction they are facing. - Multiple STEP, IGES, STL, OBJ files, and point cloud data read from scanners can be displayed and arranged simultaneously in the virtual meeting space, allowing participation in a realistic environment. - In environments where VR goggles are available, VR virtual meetings can be conducted, enabling more intuitive operations. Even from general PCs or tablets that do not support VR, operations in the virtual space can be performed similarly using a mouse, allowing for concrete discussions and validations. - While placing full-scale 3D data in the virtual meeting space, participants can move parts, attach them, and leave dimensions, comments, and hand-drawn shapes, facilitating meetings that everyone can understand. - Videos such as AVI, drawings in PDF format, images, and whiteboard displays can be shown in the virtual meeting space, enabling specific discussions. - 360-degree images and videos can also be displayed. *For more details, please download and view the PDF.*

Detailed information
-
Administrators can freely schedule meetings on the management screen of the Dashboard. Participants can receive meeting invitations via browsers, Outlook, and other calendars or emails.
-
The CAD assembly data and point cloud data captured by a 3D scanner will be displayed simultaneously in a virtual meeting space. Participants can freely walk around and examine the full-scale 3D data in the virtual meeting environment. When other participants are present, they are represented by avatars, allowing you to see their position, the direction they are facing, and who they are.
-
Participants with VR goggles can use VR mode in the virtual conference space, allowing for a more realistic participation experience. For environments that do not support VR, we have prepared various menus to ensure that participation in the virtual conference space is possible, allowing for operations without differences in the sense of control between participants.
