The equipment used in power plants generates unwanted vibrations, so a heavy foundation system is usually required.
We would like to introduce our "Vibration Control Measures for Power Plant Equipment." The equipment used in power plants, such as turbines, feed pumps, and coal mills, generates unwanted vibrations, which typically require heavy foundation systems. By introducing our elastic support, the foundation can be significantly reduced, allowing for savings in both construction time and costs. The spring-based support method for turbines has been developed by us in collaboration with multiple turbine manufacturers. This system was first adopted in 1968 for supporting a 600MW turbine at a nuclear power plant and has since been used for turbines up to 1600MW, being utilized worldwide. 【Features】 ■ Prevention of damage to turbine equipment caused by earthquakes ■ Reduction of foundation construction costs and time ■ Expansion of available space for condensers and piping under the turbine ■ Ability to separate the turbine foundation from the substructure made of columns and beams, blocking vibration transmission ■ Possibility to integrate the above substructure with the turbine building ■ Easy adjustment of the turbine deck height in case of uneven foundation settlement *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
