This is a nitrogen gas generation device that uses special activated carbon (molecular sieve carbon) developed and manufactured within the Futamura Chemical Group. It supplies high-purity nitrogen gas with a purity of 99 to 99.999 vol% using air as the raw material through the PSA method. The Futamura Chemical Group provides everything from adsorbents to the device itself.
