Efficiency improvement of hexane concentration and recovery operations (shortening of concentration time and reuse of hexane)
The n-hexane evaporation drying recovery device is a salt trap focused on the evaporation recovery of n-hexane. This system is ideal for testing hexane extractable substances in industrial water (JIS K0101) and hexane extractable substances in factory wastewater (JIS K0102). In hexane extractable substance testing, it not only evaporates and dries the hexane extract (sample) at 80°C but also recovers the generated hexane vapor. It can efficiently recover hexane (over 90%) through heater heating and condensation using a jacketed condenser. The operation is program-controlled, making it a hassle-free n-hexane extract separation device. Carefully assembled in our company (within Japan), it boasts excellent reliability and durability, and repairs are possible. You can use it with peace of mind for an extended period.
