Ultra-compact closed-loop solvent purification and recovery system
This is a super compact organic solvent concentration recovery system (solvent regeneration device) that adopts a closed-loop system. You simply fill a 50ml sample bottle with organic solvent (evaporation section), set the conditions (heating temperature, cooling temperature, air blowing flow rate), and turn on the switch. With a closed system, it allows for easy, safe, and rapid concentration recovery, purification, and regeneration of organic solvents without leaking solvent gas to the outside. You can finely adjust the temperature and air blowing amount, allowing for various control of the evaporation (concentration) rate. It is ideal for the following applications! - Recovery and reuse of deuterated solvents and fluorinated solvents - Generation of single crystals (very slow concentration conditions) - Concentration in small-scale experiments - Concentration of fractions after column purification - All solvent vapor pathways are made of corrosion-resistant materials (such as PTFE), making it usable even in environments with acidic gases. Our company assembles it carefully in Japan, ensuring excellent reliability and durability, and repairs are also possible. You can use it with peace of mind for a long time.

basic information
**Features** 1. Easy, safe, and rapid recovery and regeneration of organic solvents from small amounts of solution. Setting the conditions is very simple. You can easily set the temperature for the concentration section (heating section) and the condensation section (cooling section) as well as the spray flow rate from the operation panel at the front of the main unit. Once the conditions are set, you only need to turn on the switch afterward, making routine operations very easy. Concentration is performed under atmospheric pressure without reducing pressure in a closed system. Additionally, since concentration occurs at a temperature lower than the boiling point, there is no risk of explosion or bumping, which is a significant advantage for safe operation. 2. Achieves precise concentration conditions. The temperatures of the concentration section (heating section) and the condensation section (cooling section) can be set in 1°C increments. The air spray flow rate can be set in 100 levels. 3. Zero atmospheric release. Since it is a closed system, there is zero release into the atmosphere. It is ideal for the recovery and reuse of expensive solvents. 4. Concentration under an inert gas atmosphere is possible. Using a nitrogen replacement unit (sold separately), concentration under a nitrogen atmosphere is possible. 5. Abundant options. Nitrogen replacement unit, extension tube set, stirrer set, sample inlet set, external pump for groove box (standard model does not support this, so please inquire).
