Features of our device: ● High-speed heating is possible with the IH (induction heating) method. ● Cooling air system (cools the holder after heating). ● Setting unit is 0.1 seconds, allowing for fine adjustments (used to prevent overcooking of small diameter sizes). ● After heating, the coil is air-cooled about 5 seconds later to enhance durability. ● Compatible holders are available for "steel materials (such as SKD)" and "stainless steel." ● Compatible cutting tool materials include "carbide tools." ● Maximum holder size is φ20. ● Capacity is 4 kW.
