This product can be used not only for cutting, grinding, and polishing processes but also for the treatment of processing fluids such as honing, electrical discharge machining, wire cutting, and the collection of floating substances and sludge from large tanks like underground tanks. By combining a diaphragm and a filter cloth (patented), it can collect various types of sludge and floating substances. With approximately 30 years of proven results, the collected materials include... grinding wheels, rare metals, magnesium, gold, silver, copper, titanium, cast materials, iron, aluminum, stainless steel, silicon, ceramics, glass, carbon, solidified substances, impurities from plating baths, impurities from anodizing baths, and various impurities from the semiconductor field using acids and alkaline liquids. (Note: Specifications will change regarding acids and alkalis.) The drive system uses only air, eliminating concerns about fire hazards. With our unique vacuum technology, suction and dehydration are top-class (sludge recovery M1). Additionally, since it operates solely on a diaphragm without using a motor, there is no worry about restart issues caused by air ingestion. Safety standards comply with international regulations.
