Achievements 1. Successfully achieved a significant reduction in the long-life cost of water-soluble cutting fluid (chemical). Previously, we used a competitor's oil-water separation device, which was unable to fully recover the mixed oil and lacked the functionality to recover sludge, leading to the cutting fluid deteriorating and requiring a complete replacement every three months. After introducing this unit, we succeeded in achieving an eightfold increase in longevity, using the cutting fluid for two years without replacement and significantly reducing running costs. 2. Separated and recovered floating sludge and mixed oil from the cutting fluid of five machine tools (cutting fluid tank: 1200L / workpiece: cast iron) using just one unit. We have continued to use the cutting fluid for five years without replacement. 3. Conducted a test on a 3,000L cutting fluid tank for approximately seven months without replacement, successfully separating and recovering floating sludge and mixed oil.
