This OCT scanner has successfully achieved high speed, compactness, long stroke, and low cost by adopting a unique depth-direction scanning method. Conventional OCT scanners primarily used PZT elements as the depth-direction scanning stage; however, while PZT elements allow for high-precision measurements, their narrow stroke and high cost posed challenges for industrial applications. Furthermore, this OCT scanner has integrated auto-tracking technology to eliminate the limitation of measurement range caused by the drawback of reflected light displacement, enabling it to accommodate a wide variety of shapes.
