  The Jetson Nano equipped in JetBot Mega offers a powerful GPU in addition to a standard CPU. The JetBot project proposed by NVIDIA leverages this computational power, allowing for easy learning and implementation of modern computing techniques such as object recognition using deep learning. JetBot Mega also provides access to the web browser-based programming environment Jupyter Notebook used in the JetBot project, as well as official sample sources, making it suitable for experiencing and implementing technologies referred to as modern AI.

  The JetBot Mega adopts the chassis from the popular Megarover series. It has a payload capacity of approximately 40 kg and a maximum speed of 1.4 m/s, making it a particularly large body for the JetBot project. Additionally, with independent control of the two wheels, it can move smoothly in all directions, and it excels in quietness and durability. Since the processing results from the Jetson Nano's GPU can be reflected in this large robot, it is not limited to simple programming learning but can also accommodate serious development aimed at practical applications. Furthermore, the operating time under no load with the battery is approximately 30 hours, providing sufficient availability. Moreover, it supports reading encoder values, a feature of the Megarover, allowing for speed control as a JetBot. It can adequately handle the precise control required due to its large size. *Note: The battery operating time mentioned is based on design values under standard conditions without using the Jetson Nano. The actual battery operating time may vary significantly depending on practical usage conditions.*

  By using the gamepad-style wireless controller "VS-C3" included with this product, you can wirelessly control the JetBot Mega without connecting it to a PC or other devices.
