We would like to introduce a case where a freight lift (Hyper Lift) was newly installed in a three-story warehouse in Nara Prefecture. For the exterior of the hoistway (the enclosure around the lift), we used corrugated steel sheets. Corrugated steel sheets are steel plates with a wavy pattern. The presence of the corrugation gives them a higher strength compared to flat plates. Additionally, at K Warehouse, there was not enough ceiling space to install a standard hoist, so a low-headroom hoist was adopted.
