By July 2012, we achieved a net electricity cost of zero. As of November 2019, our balance with Tokyo Electric Power has always been positive. The reasons for this include the expansion of our solar power generation facilities since 2003, the replacement of all internal lighting with DC LED lights, and the replacement of high power-consuming equipment with energy-efficient models. Currently, our monthly income from selling electricity averages over 400,000 yen.
