This is a gear pump with low pulsation that complies with the new Food Sanitation Law enacted in 2020. It is compact and lightweight, yet has a discharge pressure performance of up to 0.2 MPa. By molding it from plastic, we have succeeded in improving chemical resistance and reducing costs. We design, manufacture, and sell gear pumps primarily tailored to our customers' requests. Please contact our sales department with your desired flow rate, discharge pressure, type of liquid to be used, and pump operating duty. 【Features】 - Maintains a discharge pressure performance of up to 0.2 MPa while being compact and lightweight - Successful in improving chemical resistance and reducing costs by molding from plastic - Liquid-contact parts are made of PES (polyether sulfone) as standard - Can be changed to TPI (polyimide) or PPS (polyphenylene sulfide) upon request (custom options available) - Sealing rubber materials (O-rings/X-rings) are standard in NBR.
