In the case of trichloroethylene degreasing agent, immerse the dyed object for 1 to 2 minutes, ensure thorough degreasing, then remove it and allow it to air dry before rinsing with water. 2. **Surface Activation**: (Solution A) Place the concentrated solution of the room temperature black dye for stainless steel, Tobika Blacky ST, into a plastic container. Immerse the degreased stainless steel parts for about 5 to 7 minutes, depending on the material and surface structure, to sufficiently activate them. Without rinsing, immerse them in the aqueous solution of Solution B. 4. **Black Dye Treatment**: (Solution B) Prepare a plastic container and add Solution B of the room temperature black dye for stainless steel, Tobika Blacky ST, and dilute it to the optimal concentration based on the material of the stainless steel being treated (2 to 4 times dilution from the concentrated solution). **Concentration Guidelines**: (Note: These are just guidelines, so please test with unnecessary materials and adjust the concentration before use.) - For 300 series, use a 2 times dilution (1 part concentrated solution to 1 part water). - For 400 series, use a 3 to 4 times dilution (1 part concentrated solution to 2 to 3 parts water).
