Aluminum Room Temperature Black Dye Tobika Blackie A New Type (Concentrate) 【Target Metals】 Widely used for black dyeing of aluminum finished products and parts. - Pressed parts, pins, screws, bolts, nuts, washers, springs, shafts. - Finished products or cast parts of machines, tools, and molds. - Black dyeing or repair of parts of assembled machines. 【Characteristics】 Activated with Solution A and treated with Solution B for black dyeing. Can be done at room temperature by immersion. 1. **Degreasing**: The black dyeing process requires complete degreasing due to chemical reactions. Insufficient degreasing can lead to uneven dyeing. For degreasing agents, there is trichloroethylene or a dedicated degreasing agent, the water-based degreasing cleaner Tobikamaritt from Tobi Co., Ltd. 2. **Surface Activation**: (Solution A) Dilute the aluminum room temperature black dye Tobika Blacky A's Solution A from 3 to 4 times with water, depending on the material and surface structure of the aluminum, and place it in a plastic container. When diluting, add Solution A to water (due to exothermic reaction), not water to Solution A. Immerse the aluminum parts that have been degreased and rinsed in water for about 5 to 7 minutes, depending on the material and surface structure. If there is rust or smut, immerse in a 10% hydrochloric acid aqueous solution (diluted industrial hydrochloric acid with water 2 to 3 times) for 1 to 2 minutes. 3. **Water Rinse**: Rinse thoroughly with water. 4. **Black Dye Treatment**: (Solution B) Prepare a plastic container and pour the concentrated Solution B of the aluminum room temperature black dye Tobika Blacky A into it. Immerse the above rinsed parts evenly, and once the surface is uniformly black, remove them. The immersion time depends on the aluminum material, but generally, it is about 30 seconds to 2 minutes.
