Whitylilies N is an aerosol product that disperses fine powder of boron nitride in a solvent. Since it does not contain a resin binder, it can be used in processing environments that dislike outgassing from release coatings (vacuum, inert gas atmosphere). The upper limit of heat resistance is 800°C in an oxidizing atmosphere (900°C for short periods), 1200°C in a vacuum, and 2200°C in an inert atmosphere. Features: - The highly toxic dichloromethane used in conventional products has been replaced with a low-toxicity hydrocarbon while maintaining performance. - The upper limit of heat resistance is 800°C in an atmospheric (oxidizing) environment (intermittently 900°C), 1200°C in a vacuum, and 2200°C in an inert atmosphere. - There is no outgassing from the combustion of resin binders, making it ideal for use in vacuum and inert atmospheres. When used in ultra-high vacuum, heating at 600°C for about 30 minutes can eliminate even trace amounts of outgassing from organic dispersants. - Being a spray type, it provides a uniform coating and results in a cleaner finish compared to powder application. - Cleaning after high-temperature firing is easy.
