Alumina coat ultra-high temperature release lubricant coating agent, in a white water-based paint form, is applied with a brush.
It is a white water-based paint that is applied with a brush. It maintains heat-resistant lubrication performance even in an oxidizing atmosphere above 900°C where boron nitride cannot be used. It is used for high-temperature lubrication, release, and preventing sputter adhesion on ceramics and graphite. The film can be wiped off with water. It is acidic, so applying it to iron will cause red rust to form. Note: For temperatures below 800°C, please use Whity Paint, which has better performance. Heat resistance limit: 1800°C (1500°C for graphite). pH: 2-3.

This is a coating agent primarily composed of high-purity alumina that remains stable and exhibits release and adhesion prevention effects even in the atmosphere at temperatures above 900°C, where boron nitride undergoes thermal decomposition and becomes unusable. All components are inorganic, allowing for use in a vacuum. The upper limit for heat resistance is 1,800°C, although it is 1,500°C for graphite-based materials. It adheres well to ceramics and graphite and can also be used with metals that do not react with it. Since it uses an inorganic binder, outgassing is eliminated upon firing, making it usable in a vacuum. It is non-combustible and water-soluble, allowing for dilution with water.
