We would like to introduce a case where the pipe multi-cut processing compound machine 'FPC-5000-12ATC' was implemented for a company that manufactures doctor devices used in paper machines. The workpiece is 11 meters long, which is extremely long. We perform "drilling" and "tapping" processes on this long item, but due to the large number of operations required, we received a request asking, "Is there any way to automate this? And make it unmanned as well?" There were many challenges, and we considered and designed it almost as a dedicated original machine. We cleared all the requests, and once it was installed, we received the happy report that production efficiency improved and it became possible to produce about two pieces.
