The coating color is black-gray! It extends the lifespan of carbide cutting tools that wear out, such as drills.
The "SVC Method" is a special coating treatment that forms a hardened layer both inside and outside the surface of cemented carbide. By bombarding the metal surface with special alloy molecules using an electron gun in a high vacuum furnace, the surface layer of the base material is fused and hardened, creating a special coating layer. The hardness of the workpiece after treatment reaches 3500Hv (Vickers). Since the coating penetrates into the interior of the base material, peeling or falling off does not occur. 【Features】 ■ Forms a hardened layer inside and outside the surface of cemented carbide ■ Surface hardness exceeds 3500Hv (for treated workpieces) ■ Treatment temperature is 800°C (limited to "cemented carbide" workpieces) ■ Masking is not allowed for target workpieces (a hardened layer is formed over the entire surface) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Our company has been engaged in the manufacturing of molds for semiconductors, precision tools, and automatic machines. In order to meet market demands, we are developing a system that allows us to produce our manufacturing lines with higher precision, at lower costs, and with shorter delivery times. Currently, we are also manufacturing and selling the automation systems and products developed within those processes.
