It prevents issues that occur when cutting or punching copper and bronze with super hard materials.
The "SAT Method" is a special coating treatment that forms a hardened layer on the surface of alloy steel. By bombarding the metal surface with special alloy molecules using an electron gun in a high vacuum furnace, the surface layer of the base material is fusion-hardened, creating a special coating layer. Since the coating penetrates into the interior of the base material, peeling or detachment does not occur. 【Features】 ■ Forms a hardened layer on the surface of alloy steel ■ Surface hardness exceeds 2500 Hv (after treatment) ■ Reduces friction coefficient to about 1/6 compared to chrome plating (after treatment) ■ Prevents rust and makes it difficult for debris, spatter, solder, etc., to adhere (after treatment) ■ Prevents issues that occur when cutting or punching copper and bronze with ultra-hard materials *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
