The lifespan of molds and wear tools is over six times the average! You can reduce costs on the manufacturing line.
The "FM Method" is a processing technique that fuses and hardens the surface of a base material by bombarding it with special alloy molecules using an electron gun in a high vacuum furnace, and further forms a special coating layer. Since the coating penetrates into the interior of the base material, peeling or detachment does not occur. The workpiece after treatment achieves a surface hardness of over 2000 Hv, and reduces the friction coefficient to about 1/6 compared to chrome plating. 【Features】 ■ The coating penetrates into the interior of the base material, preventing peeling or detachment. ■ Prevents issues that occur when cutting or punching hard materials like copper and brass. ■ Achieves a surface hardness of over 2000 Hv (for treated workpieces). ■ Reduces the friction coefficient to about 1/6 compared to chrome plating (for treated workpieces). ■ Becomes less prone to dirt adhesion and further prevents rust (for treated workpieces). *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Our company has been engaged in the manufacturing of molds for semiconductors, precision tools, and automatic machines. In order to meet market demands, we are developing a system that allows us to produce our manufacturing lines with higher precision, at lower costs, and with shorter delivery times. Currently, we are also manufacturing and selling the automation systems and products developed within those processes.
