An episode that achieved a "dramatic improvement in production efficiency" with our composite processing machine.
Introducing an episode where the introduction of a multifunction printer dramatically improved production efficiency!
We would like to share an episode where the introduction of a multifunction machine dramatically improved production efficiency. We received an inquiry from a company that processes aluminum sashes for building materials, stating, "Our cutting machine is old, so we want to automate at least the cutting process." In response, we proposed the "FB3000-16ATC-C." This machine is equipped with a spindle for processing (such as drilling and tapping) and a saw that can pivot ±180°, allowing cutting and processing to be done with a single machine. Everything is automated, and the pivoting saw can also perform complex mortise processing, enabling the consolidation of cutting, processing, and mortise cutting into one machine. After the introduction, we received the delightful feedback: "Previously, we would cut with a cutting machine, take it to the processing area, and have someone drill holes with a drill press. Thanks to the introduction of this multifunction machine, we can now perform everything from cutting to processing with one chuck, resulting in a dramatic improvement in production efficiency!" Furthermore, since we were able to consolidate the mortise cutting process that was previously done separately, we can now operate at a production efficiency level beyond what we initially anticipated. *For more details, please feel free to contact us.*
