Naska Grease EP is a high-performance, anti-rust, water-resistant grease formulated with a high-performance special composite soap as a thickener and the ultra-high-performance extreme pressure additive "Naskalube." 1. Naska Grease EP exhibits exceptional extreme pressure performance, making it ideal for lubrication in harsh areas subjected to repeated high loads and shock loads. It forms a strong lubricating film very quickly, resulting in a low friction coefficient at contact surfaces and minimizing temperature rise in sliding parts. Its anti-friction properties are also outstanding, significantly extending the lifespan of various mechanical components such as bearings and gears. 2. Naska Grease EP has excellent anti-rust properties. It maintains strong anti-rust performance for extended periods even under high temperatures and in the presence of water. In the most severe anti-rust test, the salt spray test (JIS K 2246 (5.35)), it showed no rust formation for over 1000 hours. 3. Naska Grease EP has exceptional water resistance and water-containing lubrication performance. Even when a large amount of water is mixed in, it is difficult to soften and wash out, demonstrating excellent water resistance. While the lubricating properties of regular greases drastically decrease when water is present, Naska Grease EP experiences minimal reduction in lubrication performance, making it ideal for use in areas that come into contact with water.
