Usage Instructions: The dimensions are HDC-80. A. Right Angle Measurement Place the workpiece on the table, attach the top-GOO to the right angle measurement surface magnetically, and install the dial gauge on the height gauge. (On the machine, the dial gauge can be attached to a drill chuck, etc.). The gauge line spacing is 100mm (50mm), and measure the two points: the apex of the gauge line on the magnet side and the apex of the gauge line at the tip with the dial gauge. The error measured will represent the right angle value relative to 100mm (50mm). If the measurement is 0 to 0, the right angle will be 0.00/100mm (50mm). If the measurement is 0 to 0.03, the right angle will be 0.03/100mm (50mm). (The dial gauge's fluctuation indicates whether it is an obtuse or acute angle relative to 90°.) B. End Face Measurement For large workpieces, when the top surface is machined with facing, the XY reference plane is processed on the cutter side (such as an end mill). This process is absolutely necessary when the reference plane is used for mounting.
