A major housing manufacturer consulted us, stating, "We would like to transport high-viscosity paint mixed with patterned slurry at high pressure." They specified, "The water-based paint has a viscosity of about 50,000 CP," and "We need a pressure of 2.0 MPa for pumping," along with the condition that "pulsation-free operation is preferred." Based on these requirements, we proposed the sanitary single-screw pump model "INPS." Additionally, when we learned that the user planned to incorporate the pump into a cart, we informed them, "We can also assemble and ship it on a cart," which they were very pleased about, leading to an immediate order. The cart was manufactured based on the user's drawings, and we delivered a covered cart made entirely of stainless steel. This project was completed under a very tight deadline, and we were able to meet the user's price expectations, resulting in a highly satisfactory case.
