Bending processing (bender processing) is a method of bending sheet metal into specific shapes and angles using a bending machine (NC bender, press brake) with upper and lower molds. The molds are changed according to the thickness of the sheet and its application. By inputting the sheet thickness, bending angle, and bending dimensions into the bending machine, it is possible to perform high-precision bending processing relatively easily.
