We would like to introduce the powder coating technology of Taisei Painting Electric Manufacturing Co., Ltd. Instead of using pre-dissolved paint like urethane resin coatings, we utilize a special powder coating that is applied to the material using static electricity. This powder is then melted and coated at a high temperature of approximately 180°C. The practical heat resistance temperature is between 100°C and 120°C, and the coating softens as the temperature increases.
