This product is a simple structure dewatering machine consisting of a dewatering case formed by a triangular metal screen around the entire circumference and a hydraulic cylinder. - No clogging: The box-shaped dewatering case uses wedge wire screens for the entire surrounding surface (solid-liquid separation surface), so there is no concern about clogging regardless of the characteristics and properties of the material being processed (such as highly viscous or adhesive materials). - Reliable dewatering: The shape of the dewatering case (box shape and drainage distance) is tailored to the characteristics and properties of the material being processed. - High dewatering: Since compression is performed through pressure adjustment within the limited case mentioned above, it can achieve effective dewatering in a short time. - No cleaning or pretreatment required: By using a box-shaped cavity dewatering case formed with a metal screen for the entire surrounding surface, there is no need for pretreatment to remove foreign materials (such as bottles, empty cans, small stones, metal pieces, plastic, etc.) contained in the material being processed, and cleaning during operation is also unnecessary. - Rational: It is a labor-saving type that can operate fully automatically, minimizing peripheral equipment and allowing integration into existing dewatering systems. - Low cost: Since a metal screen is used for the solid-liquid separation surface, it is highly durable compared to filter cloths, and because it is a simple structure consisting of a dewatering case and hydraulic cylinder, maintenance costs are almost negligible.
