Prepregging of fiber-based materials!
Our company can easily create prepreg using carbon fiber and various fiber substrates (woven and non-woven fabrics) with epoxy resin sheets through thermal lamination. The substrate is sandwiched between epoxy resin sheets and pressed at 80 to 100°C using a heat roll. After cooling, the release paper is removed, and the prepreg is completed. We also accommodate mass production and prototypes. Please feel free to contact us if you have any requests. 【Benefits】 ■ Easier to control the resin content of prepreg compared to dip impregnation ■ Extremely low loss of substrate ■ No need for solvent recovery equipment ■ Production possible with compact equipment *For more details, please download the PDF or contact us.
