We mounted the small ultrasonic welding machine 'AUH30CW' onto the IAI-made small three-axis tabletop robot "TTA-A3-WA-20-20" and combined it with the optional external input/output unit (IO-UNIT) and air cooling device to test its operation. There are three methods of use: welding by literally holding the handpiece (the part held in hand), welding by attaching it to dedicated machines or robots via options, and welding by mounting it on a stand. The main advantage of stand mounting is the ability to use commercially available drill stands, allowing for constant vertical pressure application. This product is one of the smallest welding machines in the industry, yet it offers a variety of usage methods.
