[Demo units available for loan] Introduction of case studies using ultrasonic staplers.
We would like to introduce a case study of using the ultrasonic stapler "Haruru AUH30" to continuously weld bubble wrap (bubble cushioning material). This product allows for welding while pulling sideways when a rotary option chip is attached. This time, we attached a horn cover (a resin cover) and attempted to weld commercially available bubble wrap. We were able to weld from both sides of small to relatively large bubbles.
