Vacuum Chuck SVA2025 SVA2540 Super Tool Applications and Features ● Instantly adsorbs and secures workpieces using air from a compressor. It can be used with machine tools such as machining centers and grinders. ● Since it uses a vacuum ejector, a dedicated vacuum pump is not required (integrated type). ● It can be used simply by inserting a quick-connect tube into the compressor in the factory. ● Due to air adsorption, it is optimal for non-magnetic materials such as stainless steel, aluminum, and resin. ● When the valve is OFF, a small amount of air escapes from the Φ1 vacuum hole, making it difficult for foreign objects to enter the air circuit. ● Most components are consolidated on the front panel, making maintenance such as part replacement easy. ● It has a built-in pressure reducing valve, allowing for adjustment of the adsorption force and eco-friendly use by reducing air consumption. ● It is equipped with hex socket bolt mounting holes, enabling parallel use. *For installation on machine tables, please use our clamp fixture Solid Clamp. Parallel Use (Custom Order Support) ● When using in parallel, please use commercially available hex socket bolts and washers for the connecting parts.
