There is a product with an outer diameter of φ20 and complex machining on the inner diameter, and we were exploring methods to shorten the time required for processing, aside from using veteran machinists. As a result, by using various tools and power tools, we were able to reduce the time taken for the burr removal process, which previously took one week, to about half that time, leading to shorter delivery times for our customers. In our company, we aim for time-saving processing by employing various methods for the time-consuming burr removal that occurs after cutting processes.
