Additionally, we handle secondary processing of molded products, as well as processing of rubber, metals, non-ferrous materials, felt, and insulation boards. During inspections before delivery, we measure using calipers, micrometers, pin gauges, block gauges, screw gauges, image dimension measuring devices, three-dimensional measuring machines, and jigs to check the items against the drawings. We pay close attention to dimension changes due to temperature differences, expansion due to water absorption, and warping or distortion related to shape and material, striving to meet your requests as much as possible.
